Plexus® Surfacing Adhesives “Clip and Rod Bonder” is a two-part methacrylate adhesive designed specifically for rod reinforcement of natural and engineered stone, solid surface, and is also uniquely suited to bond metal, plastics, and composites. The adhesive is also ideal for bonding clips commonly found throughout the surfacing industry. Combined at a 1:1 ratio, it has a working time of 6 minutes and achieves a rapid fixture within 13 minutes at room temperature. Plexus® Surfacing Adhesives “Clip and Rod Bonder” offers a combination of high strength and stiffness as well as a unique ability to bond in moist environments often found in stone cutting environments. Plexus® Surfacing Adhesives “Clip and Rod Bonder” is supplied in 250ml co-axial cartridges dispensed from standard one part silicone or caulk style guns. The product is also offered in side by side 50ml cartridges and unique 25ml cartridges ideally suited for job site bonding.
