PC120 A chemical primer and conditioner designed to improve the long term durability of Plexus adhesives when used for adhering aluminum and stainless steel assemblies.

Fast drying at ambient temperature, parts can be bonded 1 to 3 minutes after the primer is applied.

Red tint that is visible on primed surfaces indicates sufficient primer has been applied.   Recommended for use with the following Plexus adhesives when bonding:  MA300, MA310, MA422, AO420, MA425, MA550, and MA555

   Notes:
1 Open Time is the maximum allowable time after adhesive application to mate and position parts to insure good surface wetting. After this time interval, parts must not be disturbed.

2 Fixture Time is the amount of time under normal conditions for the adhesive to build sufficient strength to be handled without deformation of the bond.

3 Tensile Shear strength on grit-blasted steel unless otherwise noted.

4 Peel Strength values are dependent on substrate type and stiffness.
